All parents are responsible for supervising their own children while on the playground.  A waiver form is required to be completed prior to play.

No, once the waiver is on file, you do not need to fill it out again unless you bring in children not accounted for on a previous waiver.

Children ages 8 and under are best but we do have baby swings for the little ones and tall sets and trampolines for the bigger ones. We charge for any child over 12 months.

Every child must have shoes and/or socks.  A Waiver for every child must be completed in full prior to play. It is easiest if it is filled out prior to arrival so the kids may begin playing immediately.
