Warranty Information 
Play N' Learn, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue, substitute or completely change designs and specifications with either equal or superior quality materials, and to ship the improved products when changes have been made. Subject to prior installation and normal use, Play N' Learn, Inc. warrants, subject to the limitations stated in the warranty, to the original retail purchaser, all chains, seats, swing hangers, all wooden components, hardware, metal braces, canvas, slides, and accessories to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Merchandise covered under this limited one-year warranty will be repaired or replaced, at our option, and returned to the customer, freight prepaid. Any service work that must be performed on site that does not qualify under warranty specifications will be billed directly to the purchaser. Labor is warrantied for 90 days. Play N' Learn, Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice.

An important note about wood and our warranty
The wooden components in your Rainbow Play System will have imperfections. We remind you that seasonal checks and surface cracks, knot holes and knots, natural characteristics of wooden play equipment not resulting in structural failure are not covered under this warranty. Please supervise your children's play activities and maintain your play equipment periodically

Play N' Learn will deliver and/or install any purchased Rainbow Play System to anywhere in Maryland, Virgina or Washington D.C. Prices may vary depending on the actual system purchased, and may carry additional charges if address is not within 20 miles from any of our stores.

Sales Policies
A minimum deposit of 50% is required on all orders.
Play N’ Learn will do a pre-authorization on all credit cards prior to work being completed. If card is declined, work
cannot be done. Credit card will not be charged until product is delivered and/or installed.
Payment terms on all orders are C.O.D. No exceptions. If deposit is made by credit card, the balance will be
immediately and automatically charged to that same account immediately following delivery and/or installation if
no other payment method is presented or noted.
Customer has the right to cancel this order within 3 days from date of purchase if merchandise is not delivered.
There is a 20% restocking charge for any cancelled orders after a 3 day period has expired. If customer deposit was
made by cash or check, customer will receive a refund within approximately 14 days from date of cancellation.
If Play N’ Learn, Inc. is not able to complete a scheduled delivery due to customer not being home or the inability to
pay COD, customer understands a $35.00 charge may be assessed.
If after delivery, customer should find any damage to merchandise, customer must report it to Play N’ Learn within 5
business days in order to receive free service.
Errors in pricing or arithmetic are subject to correction.
Subject to normal use, Play N’ Learn, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser to repair or replace at our option,
defective merchandise for a period of 90 days, beginning the date merchandise is received. This warranty will
include installation of replacement parts provided original installation was done by Play N’ Learn, Inc. After the 90
day period, Play N’ Learn, Inc. will replace any parts covered under manufacturer’s warranty, however a minimum
service charge of $65 will be charged for labor. The standard labor rate of $65.00 for the first 20 minutes of service
and $30.00 each additional 20 minutes will apply.
Although Redwood and Cedar are characterized by minimum warping and checking, wooden playsets will show
distortion, as well as seasoning checks and/or cracks. These are natural characteristics of wood and in no way
should affect the structural integrity of the play set. Seasonal checks and surface cracks not resulting in structural
failure are not covered under warranty.
All play area sites are assumed to be level. Play N’ Learn, Inc. reserves the right to charge additionally for leveling
and grading at the standard labor rate, see above. On our A-Frame legs and Castle Ladders we offer extended
pieces to accommodate for unlevel installation sites. Please be aware that additional charges will apply if
extended pieces are used. Prices of extended pieces are clearly noted on your retail price sheet or ask your sales
associate to fully explain your leveling options and costs involved.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the play area is safe and free of any potential hazards. An impact
resistant surface is recommended with the use of any playground equipment, which customer may install after
installation. All play activity should be adult supervised.
